Ballincollig AC Fit4Life
New members are welcome to try two training sessions before joining. The club has 2-3 running groups at training and meet at Our Lady of Good Counsel School carpark at 7pm Tuesdays in September. The club will be moving to Supernova for Oct to December training.
Ballincollig Athletic Club organise training sessions for athletes who are 9 years or older.

Ballincollig AC have the use of indoor and outdoor training facilities at Monday and Thursday training sessions. The club organise additional training sessions on Tuesdays for secondary school students. This sessions is open to club members only.
Womens Mini Marathon
Best of luck to all the club members and friends of Ballincollig AC who are participating in the 36th Womens Mini Marathon, 1pm Sunday 24th September. The club would also like to than club members who are helping out with stewarding and officiating. This event is organised by Cork County Athletics Board and is supported Athletics Clubs in Cork.
Charleville Half Marathon
Well done to Louise Sheehan and Martin Lynch who recently competed in Charleville Half marathon.
Ballincollig Athletic Club is delighted to announce that the club has completed over 500 parkruns in the Regional Park, Ballincollig. Well done to Michael Mitten completed Ballincollig ‘s 500th parkrun. Ballincollig parkrun are looking for volunenteers to help out at the Ballincollig parkrun. Ballincollig AC would like to thank the general public and clubs members for their support during the Tesco Blue Tokens initiative. The club are delighted with the support received and looking forward to investing the €391.30 raised in a new stock of hurdles. Recently the club purchased 12 new hurdles to add to the clubs existing stock.

Training meeting point has moved to Our Lady of Good Counsel School for Spring/Summer training programme. The club will use the school as a carpark and a starting point for Spring/Summer training. Club members meet at different locations during the week for runner led training session. 8 coaches/committee members attended an AED/Defibrillator course in the Oriel House on Friday 24th March. The club will hold additional AED/defibrillator courses in the future. The club would like to thank club members who attended - Áine, Louise, Michael, Séan, Frances, Rachel, Mags and Larry.
